Local manufacturing gives us closer oversight of the product and lets us build a mattress around comfort, support, and durability, not the lowest possible production cost.

Every mattress is made to order upon purchasing so it's not sitting rolled in some warehouse for a long time. This ensures maximum integrity and longevity of your new mattress.

Adjustable Bedframe Compatibility

Yes. The Sleep Cult Hybrid Mattress is compatible with adjustable bed frames, also called adjustable bases. Use a correctly sized base designed to support a hybrid mattress and follow the base manufacturer’s setup and weight-limit instructions.

Normal flexing as the base raises and lowers is intended use. Using a suitable adjustable bed frame does not, by itself, void your mattress warranty.

Coil count alone does not determine mattress quality. Gauge, zoning, steel tempering, edge reinforcement and the surrounding materials also matter.

Coil gauges are NapLab's measurements. A lower gauge means thicker steel wire, which generally creates a stronger, firmer coil. Thicker coils reinforce the edges and centre, while thinner coils at the head and foot allow more cushioning.

Layer thicknesses are nominal manufacturer specifications for the documented Plush and Medium-Firm constructions, and assembled measurements can differ. Overall height and coil gauges are NapLab's measurements. Some dimensions may vary by firmness.
