Tell us within the 365-night trial and we can do one firmness exchange. Most people who are unsure start with medium-firm.
How does delivery work?
Free shipping across Canada, compressed and boxed, usually 4–8 business days from order to delivery. Larger sizes are heavy, so plan to have a second pair of hands.
What happens if I return it?
We arrange pickup and refund you in full. No restocking fee, no return shipping cost, no argument.
